Larkin Raynor

Larkin Raynor is the Chief Compliance Officer of LIFE, Inc., an organization that provides services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout eastern North Carolina. Larkin leads the organization’s regulatory compliance efforts and oversees its quality assurance processes. She is passionate about advocating for individuals’ access to care and ensuring that providers have the resources necessary to deliver that care at the highest standard.

After receiving her bachelor’s degree from East Carolina University, Larkin obtained her juris doctorate from Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee. While in law school, she served as a legal and policy intern for the North Carolina Medical Society. She also clerked for the Tennessee Justice Center, navigating the appeals process on behalf of individuals who had lost their TennCare coverage.

Before transitioning to her current role, Larkin began her career in the fiduciary services industry, administering Special Needs Trusts. Larkin is licensed to practice law in North Carolina and Tennessee.
