Devon Cornett

With more than 30 years in behavioral healthcare, I have dedicated my career to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). Since 1999, I have focused on this work in North Carolina, spending the past 22 years with Abound Health, where I currently serve as Vice President of Network Support.

Abound Health delivers person-centered, home- and community-based services—both periodic and residential—for individuals with I/DD across North Carolina and maintains contracts with all Tailored Plans. In recent years, we have expanded services to Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

My expertise spans contract oversight, policy review, and advocacy through active participation in health plan forums and statewide committees. I remain engaged with NCPC subcommittees dedicated to improving quality and access to sustainable, whole-person integrated care while collaborating to reduce system barriers. I value partnership and am committed to navigating system changes effectively to ensure better outcomes for those we serve.
